UK standard delivery is £3.99 or free when the basket reaches the configured free-delivery threshold. Typical delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are normally processed the next working day. Peak Halloween demand may extend processing times; any material delay will be shown at checkout or communicated by email.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we email the courier and tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email.
Address changes
Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.
Lost or delayed parcels
Check the courier tracking first, then contact support. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate resolution.
